Kantar Media VirtualMeter app for iPhone and iPad

This app is a virtual remote control for Kantar TV meters. It allows easy operation of the meter via mobile devices without having a physical remote control or line of sight to the meter.
Kantar uses two measuring devices in Switzerland to measure TV viewing figures: the PeopleMeter, which measures TV and video usage on classic TV sets, and the FocalMeter, which measures TV and video usage on PC/laptop and mobile devices.
Around 2000 households in Switzerland are part of the TV panel and contribute to the TV channels programming. As households repeatedly terminate their participation, it is essential to attract new participants.
To use the virtual remote control, a registration key is required which is supplied with the measuring device from Kantar.
